My range of non-alcoholic cocktails are great fun and tasty too!  Which one will you try?

Serve in a plastic sugared  flute, with a cocktail umbrella, straw, stirrer and a cherry.

 

Sunset cooler

Equal parts of cranberry juice, orange juice, a splash of lemon juice and mix with lemonade.

 

Pina Colada

You will need

2 cups of coconut milk

1 1/2 cup of crushed pineapple

1 cup pineapple juice

1 cup crushed ice

Brown sugar to taste

Put  all the ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth, garnish with a pineapple wedge and a cherry.

 

Fruit burst

Equal parts of cranberry, pineapple juice, orange juice, mix with lemonade.

 

Pink bubbly

2 cups of cranberry juice

4tsp sugar

2 teaspoons of lime juice

1 1/2 cups of 7 up’ sprite or ginger beer

Ice cubes

Lime wedge for garnish

Place the cranberry juice and sugar into a blender and blend on high speed until all of the sugar is dissolved. Pour into 2 large glasses with ice cube add one tea spoon of lime juice to each drink, top the glass with 7 up, sprite or the ginger beer, stir gently.

 

Ice-cream soda floats

A scoop of ice-cream with ginger beer, cola or orange soda

 

Strawberry delight

One sugared plastic flute, strawberry cordial, mix with lemonade, serve with a fresh strawberry on the rim of the flute.

 

Tropicana

Equal parts mandarin juice, grapefruit juice, and lemonade. Shake the juices and strain in an ice filled glass, add lemonade, garnish and serve.

 

Pink Punch

Ingredients:

ginger beer or lemon-lime soda

raspberry sherbet

fresh strawberries (optional)

Fill a large punch bowl with ginger ale or lemon-lime soda. Add raspberry sherbet at serving time and watch it fizz. Serve in fancy glasses and garnish each rim with a fresh strawberry

 

Groovy Tropical Smoothies

Ingredients:

Frozen vanilla yoghurt

Fresh or canned tropical fruit (banana, mango, pineapple, papaya, etc.)

ice cubes

Some frozen raspberries

Ginger beer

Whirl fruit, yoghurt, and ice cubes in a blender. Combine with half the ginger ale in a punch bowl. Add more ginger ale to thin, if desired
